Assist with chart audits and assure action is taken. Identifies trends in audits and communicates results to Manager and team. Assures field supervisory visits are accurately completed according to agency policy as necessary. Provides direction to the staff with clear responsibility for the coordination of resources to efficiently support day to day operations. Monitors and assures staff productivity according to established targets on a daily basis.…
