About this role

Department: 02090 AMG Procedural Dermatology - Dermatology Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM -5:30 PM. This position is as needed, a minimum of one 8 hour shift a month. No holidays or weekends at this time. Pay Range: $21.85 - $32.80 Major Responsibilities: Prepares microscopic slides for subsequent evaluation by the physician by placing tissue samples in selected media; following laboratory procedures for specimen processing and handling. Prepares frozen tissue sections for further processing per physician orders. Slices tissue samples into micron thick samples mounted on glass slides. Performs several cuts per slide per physician specifications.…
