Department: 11600 Advocate Christ Medical Center - Patient and Equipment Transport Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 20 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Start Time: 9:00am - 5:30pm Holiday Rotation (2) Memorial Day, Labor Day and Christmas Day 20 Hours Per Week Pay Range: $18.85 - $28.30 Major Responsibilities: Lifts and transports patients to and from wheelchairs, stretchers or beds, properly positioning and securing patient using proper body mechanics. Ensures the comfort of the patient by being attentive, offering blankets. Follows all posted precaution signs. Transports patients to their destinations. May also be responsible for transporting other items such as patient belongings, specimens, carts, wheelchairs and other equipment to their destinations.…
