Additional role functions: Serve as the team lead for all BERT activations Assist in identifying and rounding on high-risk patients Auditing the patient care environment to ensure compliance with the room safety checklist Rounding on and auditing compliance with the Blue Star designation for Risk for Harm patients Mitigating risk of Workplace Violence Events Shift by shift tracking of Risk for Harm patients, IVC patients and patients requiring an in-person safety observer.…
