Department: 39121 North Metro A - Home Care Speech Therapy Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Looking for Full Time but willing to consider part time for strong candidate. Would be Mon-Friday, no holidays no weekends. Coverage would be West Lake County and McHenry county. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Major Responsibilities: Assuring and Improving Quality Care: Facilitates the patient and family's right to receive quality cost effective care following Advocate's MVP of Stewardship. Utilizes appropriate resources to respond to situations that have the potential to negatively impact outcomes. Adapts practice to the latest standards according to evidence based literature.…
