Department: 11603 Advocate Sherman Hospital - Patient Relations Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 20 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Tuesday 10am-2pm, Wednesday 8am-4:30pm, Friday 8am-4pm, Alternating weekend shift Pay Range: $18.85 - $28.30 Major Responsibilities: RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FUNCTIONS AT INFORMATION DESK ON SHIFT WORKED 1) Responsibility of issuing patient/visitor passes and issuing temporary passes. In any event of the unannounced regulatory agency inspectors’ visit, notify administration immediately. 2) Greet everyone who enters the hospital and check patient rooms on computer for visitors. 3) Register flower deliveries and deliver flowers 4) Answer phones courteously and give clear, accurate directions to hospital.…
