Department: 34100 AH at Home HH: Lincoln - Home Health Nursing Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Mon- Fri 830-5pm, holiday rotation. This position is Sign-On Bonus eligible, up to $15,000.00 for qualified applicants. Internal teammates are eligible for a $7,500.00 Referral Bonus. Pay Range: $25.30 - $37.95 Major Responsibilities: Assuring/Improving Quality of Care: Facilitates the patient and family's right to receive quality cost-effective care following Advocates MVP of Stewardship.
