Department: 11917 Navicent Health Medical Center - Facilities Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Days Pay Range: $28.55 - $42.85 Major Responsibilities: Conducts preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems and documents tasks through the computerized maintenance system. Assists in evaluating and troubleshooting basic building system failures and performs repairs as directed. Operates and monitors and maintains basic Utility System Infrastructure. Assist in maintaining fire alarm and fire protection systems. Supports the installation of building hardware, electrical devices, and wall finishes under supervision. Maintains preventive maintenance records and equipment repair files for compliance.…
