Department: 37399 Advocate Lutheran General Hospital - Infusion: Elgin Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Monday through Friday 8:30-5:00pm Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Major Responsibilities: Participates in the direct care of patients to promote positive clinical outcomes and documents in the electronic medical record per department standards. 1)Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of women and men with cancer related health concerns. 2)Interview and assess new patients for physicians. 3)Assists physicians per department standards with clinic visits and procedures if needed. 4)Assists patients and staff in the appointment process to expedite timely appointments.…
