Department: 11917 Navicent Health Medical Center - Facilities Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Schedule varies according to needs for painting. Position will frequently work after hours and potentially on weekends. Pay Range: $26.55 - $39.85 Major Responsibilities: Performs facility and equipment maintenance in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Documents through use of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Conducts preventive maintenance tasks and repairs on basic facility systems such as plumbing, medical gas, fire alarm, HVAC and electrical systems. Manage response and repairs associated with emergencies such as leaks, floods, water outages, fires, power outages, equipment failures, etc.…
