Department: 09122 AMG OB/GYN - Front End Staff Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Busy OB/GYN clinic. Monday-Friday hours vary 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM. No nights and no weekends. Must have reliable transportation and will be cross-trained at Franklin and St. Francis Pay Range: $19.80 - $29.70 Major Responsibilities: Greets patients and visitors and responds to routine requests for information. Answers telephone, screens calls, and takes messages. Registers patients; obtains demographic and insurance information; verifies insurance coverage, collects co-pays, deductibles, and previous balances; posts payments and updates demographic and insurance information.…
