Interacts with patients therapeutically. Assists, initiates, and participates in social and recreational activities, group therapy, patient teaching groups, and other group activities. Uses CPI techniques appropriately. Makes rounds on assigned patients at least every half hour during shift. Demonstrates flexibility in changing workload.
