Department: 02060 AMG Park Ridge 1775 Ballard MOB - Chronic Disease Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 20 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Three days per week. M-F. Day shift. If Saturdays are preferred that is also an option. No holidays. Pay Range: $28.55 - $42.85 Major Responsibilities: Develops and implements a plan of care for patients based on an assessment of nutritional needs which correlates with the interdisciplinary health care plans. Uses physical, clinical, and laboratory data to complete assessment, which includes calculations of nutrition requirements and nutrient content of enteral and parental feedings, and making sound recommendations for optimal nutrition.…
