Department: 35803 AMC Mount Pleasant - Med Surg: IU 1 Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Three 12 hour shifts 0700-1930 rotating weekend and holidays Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 Where You Will Work: This 24-bed acute care unit specializes in medical-surgical, orthopedic, surgical, and trauma care, serving primarily surgical and orthopedic patients. Operating 24/7 year-round, the unit requires teammates to participate in holiday and weekend rotations. The average daily census is 24 patients, with an average length of stay of 3–4 days. Nurse-to-patient ratios typically run at 5:1, while nursing assistants maintain a 6:1 ratio. While prior experience in orthopedic or surgical care is a plus, it is not required.…
