Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, engaging patients and families from admission to post-discharge. Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence care outcomes. Upholds and promotes a culture of safety. Continuously evaluates patient, team, and unit outcomes, taking action as needed.…
