Department: 34401 Atrium Health Lake Norman - Nursing: Medical/Surgical Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Schedule primarily 0700-1500. Ability to pick up overtime. Pay Range: $18.85 - $28.30 M-F 7a-3p Essential Functions Receives and forwards incoming telephone calls, conveys messages, and responds to requests for information. Ensures the appropriate disposition of laboratory and diagnostic reports. Assembles charts of discharged patients according to format and files all materials in patient records. Orders and monitors unit supplies. Assists the registered nurse with transcription of physician's orders. Assists with obtaining medical records. Enters and ensures accuracy of data into computer.…
