Department: 02190 AMG Edgerton - Immediate Care Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Schedule Varies Monday-Friday from 6:45am-5:15pm. Every 3rd weekend rotation from 7:45am-8:15pm - $1.50/hr weekend shift premium. Holiday rotation included - time and a half pay for holidays. Primary location is Edgerton- 6901 W Edgerton Ave Pay Range: $19.80 - $29.70 Major Responsibilities: Creates the initial electronic health record that serves as the foundation of the patient medical record that is utilized by all members of the healthcare team .
