Job Description: Job Summary: Assist in servicing products and equipment at customer locations, performing routine repairs and maintenance tasks. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in servicing products and equipment. Identifies, analyzes, and performs routine repairs on instruments and products at customer locations. Performs routine preventive maintenance, site surveys, installations, and modifications. Determines parts needed for repairs and their timely order. Maintains inventory stock and equipment, documents service-related activities. Provides training, re-training, and follow-up at customer sites. Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma. Associate or Technical degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.…
