Job Description: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Create and maintain operational and safety procedures for all equipment used in the Coatings department. Schedule and coordinate training sessions with internal teams and external vendors as needed. Design and update training materials, including multimedia content, course outlines, and evaluation tools. Monitor and assess trainee performance; provide feedback and coaching to ensure competency and compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certifications. Assist in evaluating job performance and testing potential new hires when required. Performs other duties as assigned.…
