About this role
Job Description: Supervise quality assurance technicians to ensure accurate documentation, support, and quality management. Collaborate with production, manufacturing engineers, and engineering to document processes, clarify responsibilities, identify improvements, and maintain AAON quality standards. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Utilizes CAPA findings and quality metrics to initiate continuous improvement projects, assigns tasks to staff, and monitors progress and outcomes, adjusting and expanding projects as necessary. Provides final approval for quality team leaders who completed required training, reporting to HR and Production. Ensures team adherence to company quality standards, timely product completion, and adherence to design specifications.…
