Job Description: Job Summary: Oversee and coordinate program activities designed to ensure efficient running of supply chain and logistics operations. Design, develop, and implement production chain optimization strategies. Essential Responsibilities/Activities: Assesses operations processes, using that data to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Works with all groups on consuming slow-moving or obsolete inventory items. Develops and maintains a supply chain mapping system with written procedures for each group. Creates performance reports for management to review. Investigates pain points within the process and develops solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies. Documents and maintains tracking logs and inventory databases of incoming materials.…
