This position reports to: Sales Manager __ Your role and responsibilities 负责南京及苏北、安徽地区OEM客户的开发与维护，通过制定客户战略计划、开发新渠道伙伴、提供行业解决方案，提升公司传动产品和自动化解决方案在该区域的市场及客户占有率。 1. 客户开发与战略规划 深度开发南京及苏北、安徽地区的OEM客户 制定OEM客户战略计划，明确目标和路径 在南京周边地区（安徽、徐州、连云港、宿迁、淮安）识别和开发新OEM客户 2. 目标行业聚焦 重点聚焦水泵、供热、橡塑、食品、化工、半导体、物流等行业 开展目标行业的市场分析，了解行业需求和竞争格局 制定行业针对性的市场拓展策略 3. 渠道伙伴拓展 在安徽、徐州、连云港、宿迁、淮安等薄弱地区开发新渠道伙伴 扩大OEM客户群覆盖范围，建立稳定的渠道网络 与现有渠道合作伙伴密切协作，为OEM客户提供销售支持 4. 产品与解决方案推广 推进传动产品（低压变频器等）在OEM客户中的应用 推广PLC和变频器整合自动化解决方案，提升客户价值 根据客户需求，提供定制化的技术方案支持 5.…
