This position reports to: Production Supervisor __ The work model for the role is: Onsite, Fort Smith, AR Your role and responsibilities: Operate and set up production machinery (e.g., auto plasma welder, robotic insulation cell) and perform precise measurements using gauges and calculators. Read and interpret technical documents including blueprints, manufacturing instructions, and diagrams to ensure accurate task execution.
