JOB DESCRIPTION: Plan, organize and achieve the outputs for each shift and reporting to the management any problems and issues that need interventions from the Company. Ensure safety and security of personnel and resources in achieving outputs and targets. Suggest improvements and changes from time to time to improve efficiency, performance, safety and quality of the products. Give new ideas and approaches to manage operations allotted Perform machine changeovers as per need and perform settings during product changeover.
