JOB DESCRIPTION: Main Responsibilities Develop & manage optimized navigation, product categorization & site creative in partnership with the brand and marketing teams. Conduct new product uploads, category builds, product detail maintenance, and promotional activities. Builds and execute on promotional eMerchandising calendar Analyzes data to understand customer shopping behaviours/trends, and identify digital customer engagement opportunities Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to improve chat support metrics and ratings and reviews Major Accountabilities Conceptualize category/brand campaign themes, creative content and develop ideas on how to promote awareness, drive traffic and demand on our brands and products online.…
