What you'll do
Own a portfolio of open court hearings — calling, texting, and emailing attorneys to secure coverage daily
Negotiate rates in real time, including above-standard offers in low-supply markets, while maintaining margin discipline
Triage competing priorities under tight deadlines and communicate decisions clearly to your team
Manage scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps with a solutions-first mindset…
