Job Description: Position Summary We are looking for an energetic and confident Outbound Web Lead Consultant to join our sales team. This role focuses on engaging with web enquiries and existing database leads through outbound calling, nurturing prospects, and handing overqualified opportunities to specialist consultants to convert into bookings. You will be responsible for assessing customer needs, building rapport, recommending suitable products, and setting the scene to then pass a qualified lead to a consultant. This is a fast-paced, commission-driven role suited to someone, target-focused, commission-driven, and highly confident on the phone.
