Key Responsibilities As Ecosystems Counsel, you will support the GSL teams aligned to Technology Strategic Partnering an Agency Resale including Drafting and negotiating various agreements, including master alliance, teaming, subcontracts, agency resale, licenses, joint development, and various other ecosystem-related documents Advising on agency accounting as well as third party compensation matters (including market development funding, customer investment funds, value-based deals, revenue shares, and referral fee constructs) Coordinating and collaborating with other Legal and Corporate Functions teams to address risks – e.g. tax, controllership, compliance, data privacy, marketing.…
