About the Role: We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Support Engineer – Level 2 to provide hands-on technical support across Microsoft 365 and Office applications. This role will be responsible for resolving incidents, service requests and technical issues while helping maintain a high-quality end-user experience across collaboration, productivity and workplace technology services. You will support a broad Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Office applications.
