开拓华南市场，该职位面向新能源/高科技行业，聚焦通过 SAP 数字化转型方案实现业务效率与创新能力的双重提升。候选人需具备深厚的行业洞察、扎实的 SAP 专业能力及咨询式售前思维，能够基于客户业务战略制定端到端的数字化解决方案，并带领团队实现从方案构建到落地实施的价值交付。 主要职责 1. 行业解决方案规划 o 基于行业特性，设计并交付覆盖财务、供应链、生产、销售与售后全流程的 SAP 数字化蓝图。 o 深入理解客户业务痛点，构建可量化、可执行的优化方案，提升业务敏捷性与数据驱动决策能力。 2. 售前咨询与业务拓展 o 与业务拓展团队协同，主导客户需求分析、方案构思与投标支持。 o 负责客户提案、演示及价值呈现，清晰阐述 SAP 解决方案在业务层面的价值贡献。 o 制定数字化转型路线图，评估项目投资回报率（ROI），支持业务拓展与新客户开拓。 3. 项目交付管理与系统集成 o 统筹 SAP 项目全生命周期（需求调研、方案设计、系统配置、上线支持等），确保与客户战略目标保持一致。 o 主导 SAP 与 PLM、MES、CRM、电商平台等系统的集成设计，保障跨系统数据流与业务流一致性。 4. 创新与技术引领 o 运用 SAP 新技术（如 BTP、AI、IoT、RPA 等）构建智能化、自动化的业务场景。 o 设计“云 + 本地”混合架构方案，助力企业实现全球化运营与多业务线协同。 5.…
