About We are seeking a commercially and analytically minded and highly collaborative Director of Feasibility & Joint Venture Management to join our Americas team. This is an impactful Director-level role that blends two critical functions: development feasibility (approximately 60%) and joint venture financial management (approximately 40%). Reporting to the EVP of Development, Americas and the Chief Business Performance & Asset Management Officer, you will play a central role in evaluating new growth opportunities across the Americas, shaping investment cases for exciting new hotel and lifestyle concepts, and ensuring the financial health and governance of Ennismore's existing joint venture partnerships — including Delano, Habitas, and Faena .…
