Payroll Coordinator

About We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join Ennismore's Payroll Team based in Louisville, Kentucky and report directly to the Senior Payroll Manager. This role will work closely with both property and Home Base teams. The Payroll Coordinator will assist in the processing of payroll including communicating with our hotel properties on accuracy of their payroll data. Process all benefit information, maintain records and support all departments with accurate reporting along with the Payroll Team. Here's an idea of how we see the role: You'll process payroll. Understand and have the ability to communicate payroll procedures to team members. Ensure all timecard and PTO approvals are complete before starting payroll.
