Lo que hacen nuestros Store Managers Liderar con energía y determinación impulsando las ventas, motivando al equipo y creando un ambiente positivo en la tienda. Contratar, integrar y formar construyendo un equipo preparado, seguro de sí mismo, con sólidos conocimientos ópticos y una excelente atención al cliente. Impulsar el rendimiento haciendo seguimiento de los KPIs y apoyando al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y satisfacción, trabajando estrechamente con HQ como un solo equipo.
