Job Type: Full time Exempt/Non Exempt: Salary Job Description: Location Details: This is an onsite position located in our Skokie Facility. Position Schedule/Shift: Service center hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Schedule and shift assignments will depend on the technician position and level. Position Summary : Launch your leadership journey with the Leadership Development Program, where you’ll gain hands-on experience learning how to run and lead a successful Car Care Center from the ground up. In this role, you’ll rotate through key areas of the business - from customer service and sales to operations and financial performance - building the skills needed to step into leadership positions.…
