As our next Commercial Counsel, you won’t just be reviewing contracts—you’ll be a key architect of the legal framework that powers ActiveCampaign’s global growth. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, navigating complex transactions and safeguarding our interests across a diverse landscape of customers, vendors, and strategic partners. This isn't a role for a legal spectator; it’s for a proactive builder. You will lead the charge in refining our contractual workflows, leveraging legal operations to transform "redlines" into streamlined, automated processes that enable the company to move at the speed of SaaS.
