As our next Customer Onboarding Specialist, you won’t just be showing customers how to use a tool—you’ll be the strategic architect of their early success. At ActiveCampaign, we believe the first 90 days are critical, and you will be at the forefront of the LATAM market, partnering directly with new customers across Spanish-speaking regions to translate their business dreams into automated realities.
You’ll lead discovery sessions, architect outcome-based implementation plans, and leverage our Active Intelligence tools to ensure every customer realizes tangible value quickly.
