About this role

Deine Rolle bei Acture Als Team Lead Marketing (w/m/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den Aufbau unserer Marketingstrategie – von der Entwicklung einer skalierbaren Growth Engine bis zur Etablierung einer starken Marke im Gesundheits- und Employee-Welfare-Umfeld. Du verantwortest die Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Marketingkampagnen entlang des gesamten Funnels – von der ersten Ansprache bis zur Übergabe qualifizierter Leads an den Vertrieb. Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle bei unserem Rebranding und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Markenpositionierung konsistent und wirkungsvoll über alle Kanäle hinweg umgesetzt wird.
