The role involves team leadership, quality monitoring, productivity management, and coordination with coding, billing, and denial management teams to optimize revenue cycle performance. Responsible for managing day-to-day charge posting/charge entry operations for physician and facility services. Ensure charges are entered accurately and within defined turnaround time (TAT).
