About this role
As a C&B Senior Executive, you'll focus on managing end-to-end compensation and benefits activities, including payroll, tax, social insurance, and labor compliance. This position requires overseeing HR systems, handling government reporting, and addressing employee salary queries with a strong customer service mindset
What You Will Do
Operate, review and overall manage all C&B activities in payroll, PIT, SHUI, company health insurance, labor
contracts, annual evaluation program, policies, procedures, benefits, timesheets, annual health checks, internal
& external labor reports... for all employees;
Overall management HR information (Filling, updating, managing employee profile) on all HR systems, master
database and storage;
