As a Creative Producer Manager (Creator Growth) ,you are the strategic lead bridging client briefs and high-impact creative execution. You will drive the creative direction, manage end-to-end campaign workflows, and mentor a talented team. Your goal is to ensure every piece of content is not only creative and on-brand but also data-driven, platform-optimized, and delivered with excellence. What You'll Do Creative Leadership & Strategy: Lead the translation of client briefs into compelling narratives, "Big Ideas," and platform-specific content strategies (TikTok, IG, FB, etc.).
