JOB DESCRIPTION Summary: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative services to the customer business units, supporting two leaders including arranging travel, expense reporting, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and events, recording meeting minutes, preparing purchase requisitions/SOWs/requesting POs, and other general office administration. Responsibilities: Working with confidential and sensitive information. Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team player. Demonstrated ability to pull together professional presentations and other documents rapidly. Proven ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and deadlines.
