About this role
Responsibilities: The role will be based in Aqua Consultants’ Offices, supporting the Estimating & Cost Intelligence Team in the delivery of key frameworks and key projects. It will involve liaising with both clients and contractors on a daily basis, to enable effective management of the projects. Core Duties: Estimating at various levels depending on the project stage, high-level using cost models or similar, bottom-up estimating using CESMM or similar. Preparation of estimates for optioneering purposes, providing CAPEX OPEX, NPV for options for comparison Undertake project benchmarking and development of Cost Envelope for a project in the early stages of a project Provide Cost Assurance exercise on project estimates and contractor submissions.…
