About the role We are looking for a Technical Account Management Team Leader to lead a Warsaw-based TAM team supporting clients across CEE markets and one large strategic EMEA client. This is a hands-on regional team leadership role focused on people leadership, day-to-day operational coordination, technical campaign support, and delivery quality. You will help the team stay organized, develop their skills, manage priorities, and provide reliable technical and operational support to internal stakeholders and clients. The role is about leading a regional team, ensuring strong execution, supporting complex cases, and continuously improving how the team works within the broader TAM organization.
