Communicates progress/shift updates and expresses any concerns or needs. Requests and assure teammate access to all necessary departmental applications. Plans, schedules and adjusts training as needed for each new teammate. Communicates any items that were not able to be covered during orientation. Monitors new teammate quality and coach as needed.
