Job Summary EMS/DMS/SCADA – Transmission Outage System (TOS) analysts provide technical support and training for computer Energy Management (EMS) Systems, Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA), and transmission outage systems and other technical infrastructure used in Transmission Operations centers. Position requires a high degree of adaptability, and a focus on meeting customer needs and continuous improvement in the systems supported. A high ability to organize and coordinate customer needs will be required.
