Aerones is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our LER (Leading Edge Repair) operations team in Riga. The role is responsible for real-time verification of blade repair work carried out by Aerones field teams across the US and Europe. The QC Specialist reviews each repair stage using live robot camera feeds, drone imagery, and work order data, and issues a pass, monitor, or rework decision for each blade before the field team proceeds.
