About this role

Wir suchen Dich! Als People Manager (m/w/d) für den Bereich Operations arbeitest du direkt mit dem COO und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Personalprozesse effizient und reibungslos ablaufen. Du analysierst Personaldaten, stellst entscheidungsrelevante Informationen für das Management bereit und koordinierst zentrale Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Teams und Strukturen. Neben der Vorbereitung und Steuerung von Workshops und Strategiegesprächen begleitest du Change-Projekte konsequent bis zur Umsetzung. Du sorgst für eine klare Kommunikation zwischen COO, HR und den Teams und stellst sicher, dass alle Abläufe strukturiert dokumentiert und effektiv nachverfolgt werden.…
