About the role:
8am is building out its presence in the Czech Republic and needs an experienced HR or Recruiting Manager to own the full people experience for our growing team there. From recruitment and onboarding to engagement, culture and compliance, you'll act as an extension of our US-based People Team, bringing our practices to life locally while ensuring everything complies with Czech labor law.
Beyond HR, you'll be the person who makes sure the Czech office runs smoothly day to day, from people programs to the physical workspace. You are an extremely collaborative relationship-builder who moves comfortably between the administrative and the strategic.…
