About this role

Job Description: The Senior Specialist, Creator Community & Advocacy will lead the continued growth and evolution of Hollister's Style Hub creator ambassador program, transforming passionate customers into creators, affiliates, and brand advocates who drive authentic influence and cultural relevance for the brand. This individual will be responsible for developing community-driven strategies that recruit, engage, and retain creator ambassadors while creating meaningful opportunities for members to participate in campaigns, product launches, experiences, and key brand moments.
