Director, Treasury & Markets (Resource Mobilisation)

Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will lead Treasury & Markets’ Resource Mobilisation Department, shaping the funding strategy, executing funding plans, and managing a diverse team. Your department secures broad market access and deep liquidity pools to support the Bank’s goal of expanding Africa’s share of global trade. You’ll develop robust resource mobilisation and investor‑engagement plans aligned with the Division and Group Funding Programme for Board approval, then drive execution of the Group’s treasury fundraising and related initiatives as directed by the Group Treasurer.
